Materials We Work With
Molybdenum
Pure molybdenum (99.95%) offers excellent thermal and electrical conductivity for heating elements and radiation shields, with reliable performance up to 1800°C in vacuum or inert atmospheres.
TZM Molybdenum Alloy
Molybdenum alloyed with titanium and zirconium (TZM) delivers superior high-temperature strength and creep resistance, ideal for structural and load-bearing furnace components up to 1900°C.
Alumina (Al₂O₃)
High-purity aluminum oxide ceramic provides excellent chemical inertness and thermal shock resistance for crucibles, insulation, and sensor protection tubes.
Zirconia (ZrO₂)
Yttria-stabilized zirconia offers the highest temperature stability of our ceramic materials, used where alumina cannot withstand the thermal or chemical demands of the application.
Cordierite
A magnesium-aluminum-silicate ceramic valued for low thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance, commonly used in setter plates and kiln furniture.
